After a phone call regarding service, we didn't expect service at this time. However, we rememberefdd that we did not get service as a result of a call made in June regarding a gas leak at or near the generator. We were told to contact the gas company, which we did. the gas company came and took care of the problem. On September 6, a date close to our recollection of when maintenance was due, John H. came to service the generator. He was pleasant, and he completed the service without incident and explained that the generator would not come on as frequently as had been reported, unless there was a power outage.
