#1 Service. Battery is 4 yrs old, old tests great. Could not reach customer to get authorization to replace. Recommend replacing at next visit because of age. Oil extremely dark with only 6 hrs of run time between services. Monitor oil each visit and if needed customer has 10 yr extended warranty.
